He helps organisations embrace design approach as a strategic and innovation tool. He facilitates Design Thinking workshops for companies that want to bring human centered innovation into their process. 

Jonathan brings 20+ years of aviation experience in the field of air cargo and logistic, safety, training  and auditing. Experienced with Load control and Aviation training, including the set up of Freight and Ground Operations, Dangerous Goods regulations, local Civil Aviation compliance, designing and training of Aviation courses as an IATA certified trainer.

Khalid is a truly motivated executive professional with 15 years progressive hands-on management experience and cultivation of strong business relationships at the highest level. His in-depth knowledge of the hospitality and logistics environments and in providing strategic advisory regarding implementation of companies in the Middle-East are unique.
